The morning of the appointment one of her assistants had asked what I wanted when I arrived. I showed her the picture & she said “Zee doesn’t do that.” I told her I already sent the picture and Zee confirmed she could. Zee came over and said she wouldn’t so it because my hair is natural and not permed. At that time I decided to move forward with the appointment because had a flight later to catch. Fast forward at the end of the appointment in a VERY CALM & RESPECTFUL tone I told Zee I was not happy about not getting the hairstyle I had requested, being that i sent a pic beforehand, only to get to the shop to be told she won’t /can’t do it. When I said I wasn’t happy about it, Zee began YELLING “I told you I couldn’t do it you could’ve left” “Your hair is natural you don’t understand” “What do you want me to do take it down?!” YELLING. I’m telling her communication could’ve went better at the time of booking, by communicating the hairstylerequires a certain hair type. Mind you I’ve had this braiding style several times before,natural. Zee was available for my convenience that specific day. (a lady next to me was experiencing the same issue. Zee didn’t mention what kind of hair to bring, how many bags,etc) I’m still calm asking her why she’s yelling at this point? She’s on the other side of the room still yelling at this time. To kill the issue I asked her how much so I could go. When I get ready to send the cash app, she stood exactly on front of me. I guess she thought I would run off without paying. By that time I had already sent the cash app. As I get ready to walk out she forcefully blocks me with her elbow, where almost fall back, and says she needs to check her cash app before I leave. When she realizes it already sent she moves.
