i was not impressed with this place. the hospitality and mannerism were awkward and completely unprofessional. plus, they had like a 15 year old working the counter who barely spoke a word and didn’t make me feel comfortable there at all. i’m used to going to a place where they let you pick out your jewelry, and let you go with what you’re 100% happy with. i asked (politely) if i could choose jewelry as she said they weren’t allowed to pierced me with something smaller. i thought it was weird that she stated i had to get a bigger size and wait for it to heal in order for me to choose a smaller one when, in fact, i went to good life body piercing and got it done for the first time with a any jewelry of my choosing. after i was skeptical with going forward, she was quick to get me out of there and give me a refund. i get my refund, and i noticed that i paid $57 in total, and i only got $48 back. which means she had taken my tip. very unprofessional to take my tip that i first of all had to pre pay for, but also she didn’t even do anything to deserve that tip. so not only did i have a bad experience, but they had also not given me a full refund and kept $10 as a tip when in fact i gave her $7 as a tip. i wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.

In my lifetime, there are only 3 businesses that I would advocate for. Zebra Tattooz is one of them. Cliff and Leana are truly caring, friendly and HIGHLY professional people that balance artistic creativity and exemplary service. I have and still do recommend them to anyone looking for an artist they can trust. They use the finest possible materials and are methodical in their sanitary and sterilization efforts. All needles are brand new and they use medical grade equipment to sterilize their other tools. They utilize medical grade after-care materials, so the entire process is as worry-free as possible.

I definitely see why my stepmom loves to go there!! The girl at the desk made us feel very welcome and comfortable, she was the one that pierced my daughter’s belly button!!!! She even made sure she looked right at my daughter and said if she has any questions just call, don’t look online!!

Ive been here a couple times for piercings and once for a tattoo. I will forever recommend this shop. The people are great. Clean as a whistle. And the personality of every person is stellar. 10/10 i would give them a higher rating than 5 if i could. Cliff is a great artist and wonderful person to talk to. Cant wait to come back again for my next body modification.

The receptionist Emily was great and helped me come up with an awesome piece for my forearm and I was super excited to get it done. Cliff did it and it came out pretty bad.. The outline lines are shaky and not done deep enough and the shading was very poorly done and it just looks bad. Some of the shading is already flaking off. The worst part is that I paid $600 for this! Unfortunately I already have another appointment set somewhere else to get it fixed.

Shaky and horrible line work, splotchy and overly color packed shading, bad designs overall that look like my 3 year old drew them, and the artist has the audacity to claim to have a lifetime experience and is award winning. I’d love to know where these awards were won. How the artist lives with himself putting this on peoples bodies and charging out the butt is beyond me.
