I came to Ze nails for the first time a little over a week ago and it was the best experience I’ve had in a while from a San Diego nail shop! Booked an appointment on the phone and it started on time. Jimmy was very kind and gentle! I appreciate that so much. I didn’t feel treated like a number. I loved the nail shape and the French tip type of design which is exactly what I asked for. Customer service was great, the salon was nice and clean and also very relaxing. The only thing I noticed is that they didn’t push in my cuticles but it isn’t a big deal for me. Overall I’m really happy with the experience and with my nails. 🙂
