THIS PLACE IS SO AWFUL. PLEASE NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE. i came in with blonde hair asking for full foil like normal. Hanel Patel continued to tell me that a full foil could not happen…for some reason? She then continued to tone my hair brown and orange. I was so disappointed went home and cried the entire night. I called her that and she told me to come in the next day to get it fixed. I was so scared because she had already ruined my hair so much but we went over what i wanted SEVERAL times. She then bleached my hair BRIGHT ORANGE AND BLUE! I left in tears, my mother was in tears, i had product still in my hair and running down my neck. Hanel gave no apology, told me to go home and box dye it brown. This salon and her are an absolute joke, if you are seeking for someone to do your hair PLEASE do not trust this place they are so awful. I went to see another stylist who told me that my hair is permanently orange. I cry every time i look in the mirror because i am so hideous now. PLEASE I BEG YOU DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE THEY ARE AWFUL

Very very disappointing service for hair color. I went there for my mother’s hair color, they did very poor job. She left color on her forehead and ears. She have not dried her hair after wash. One more thing I asked her for root touch in 70 dollars but at bill time she asked me 150 dollars because she extended color little bit above without my permission. They mentioned on website 70 dollars for color and 60 dollars for root touch. I will not recommend this salon anyone. It was my first and last service.

Critical: QualityI got my shellac nail manicure done. I get my nail professionaly done every 2~3 weeks in my local area and my favorite style is french. I decided to try zbrio because it is so close to me and there was a good deal. The manicurist was very nice and salon looked very modern. However, I was not satisfied with the service due to the lack of basic skill. I had to point out the shape and make it look neater. At the end, I got tired of asking to fix it, and just decided to let it be. The layer came out uneven and top coat still not covering all the nail. My husband asked me if I really got it done professionally. Sadly, will go back to other place and get it done again tomorrow…I got my shellac nail manicure done. My experience with Zbrio was not bad until my last visit. Me and my friend (on my reference) booked simultaneous facial sessions, which was confirmed by Zbrio. On exact day they first called and asked for rescheduling one session and we agreed, later they themselves changed and said they can accommodate both facials so not to worry. When we reached, there was no sign of the other person, they made me lie down and wait for 30 or more minutes and finally cancelled saying the other lady couldn’t make it. My friend did get her facial but because there was only person coordinating, it was a chaos not a soothing experience at all. I would have understood that things can go hay-way on a bad day for any business but what was disappointing was their approach afterwards. I wasn’t even asked which day do I want to reschedule or any thing at all. Zbrio, you lost you regular customer here. Never going back to such disappointing service.

This is one of the best salons I have visited in Seattle. Its been a year I am coming here and I find this salon very clean and well maintained. Monali and other staff are very talented and friendly. She has given me one of the best hair cuts. I recently had a facial and it was just amazing too.
