I went to Gerardo and I am so happy I did! He’s a great guy, super nice, great to talk to, and he really knows what he’s doing. I have been trying to go gray with dark roots for literally 3 years now and never got even close to what I wanted. He gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier! It looks fantastic in these photos, but I swear it looks even better in person. All of the staff there was extremely nice and they all work really well together. I can’t recommend him enough, go to Gerardo at Zazu in Wheaton, you won’t regret it. Thank you so much Gerardo for making my hair goals come true.

Miguel is amazing! I needed a new style and look. I’ve had the same boring haircut forever and my hair was fried from coloring, keratins and flat ironing. He recommended a couple of treatments to get some shine back into my hair. I was nervous and excited about a new haircut. He gave me 2 great suggestions and showed me photos. Then while I was being shampooed, he brought over another stylist to show me her hair in person that he had done. That was exactly the look I was going for but didn’t know how to articulate it myself.

I always go to this place of my blowouts. The staff is so friendly and amazing. Each person is talented as well and they make sure that the client is happy with the service. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Gerardo! He took my hair from lifeless and brassy to a beautiful dirty blonde. He works magic! I am so happy with my new hair. He is so warm and friendly, and so fun to talk to. I will be seeing him from now on and you should do the same! Absolutely love him and he is so talented. If I could rate higher than 5 stars for him, I would!

It is expensive here, but sometimes you do get what you pay for. Amber waxed and tinted my eyebrows and we had a fun conversation. She is real bright and she shared some beautiful words with me. I would absolutely recommend her–professional and kind. Sai did my cut, and she was amazing. She visually measured my face to determine where my cut should be to flatter my face and she completely transformed a previous haircut that I was not too happy with from another salon. She had a great sense of humor and was kind and professional. Everybody here seems to get along great–even the girl working the register was a sweetheart. Thanks Zazu, I will be back again.

My stylist of many years moved back to California and I knew she would be very difficult to replace .. after trying different colorists I FOUND MIGUEL! He listens and adapts to my questions and concerns. Keeps my hair healthy through processing and I always get compliments on the shine and depth of my color ❤️

miguel is THE BEST!!! no matter what i throw at him (colors, bleach, undercuts, weird shapes..) he handles it and makes it look easy! i always get exactly what i was looking for, even with my difficult curly hair 🙂 it’s definitely pricey but worth it!
