Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I have been to ZaZa’s before pretty regularly. This was my first time back in awhile and boy was it an experience. For starters, I got there at 11:45. I was seated at 1:00. There were multiple customers coming in after me being seated right away. I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. I was seated at table 19 with DANNY. Danny was very rude right off the bat. I asked him for square nails and he proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t do that because 2 of my nails had chips in the corners. I told him that it was fine if those two nails had a wonky shape. He then huffed and puffed and shook his head. He worked super fast and very carelessly on my nails. He cut my cuticles on multiple fingers, he ‘burnt’ my nails while using his hand piece. My nails are all red with a white accent nail with a red heart. The white DIP nail, he used activator to put on the red nails then used the same brush to do my white nails and that colored my white nail red. He used white GEL white polish to cover it up. The hearts are different sizes and on different parts of the nails. There is ALOT of access polish around my nails/cuticles. The shape and lengths of my nails are all different. I then sat down for my pedicure at 2 and waited for about 15 minutes at a chair that had nothing on it. It wasn’t ready to have someone seated there. I told the lady at the front that I wasn’t happy with my nails and that no one has came to me to start the process of my pedicure. She told me that i was next if I wanted to wait. I proceeded to tell her no. She went to ask the manager something and came back and told me that if I come tomorrow he will re do them for free. The last thing I wanted was to come back there.
