I wasn’t thrilled with how my nails came out, which is disappointing because a friend of mine comes here and hers look great! I got tips with dip. The shape of my nails was horrible, my cuticles were not cleaned up so the dip was very lumpy. I ended up having to go home and reshape them after. My daughter got a gel manicure which she noticed after was also not done very well. Parts of her nails weren’t painted, the top coat was sloppy, and they peeled off after about 3 days. Not sure if I’ll be going back.

I have given Zaza soo many chances over the past few years. I have to say, I have never had a problem with Tina. She is great. I tried to book with her, specifically requesting her, but apparently they stick you with anyone anyway. I didn’t have time to wait today since Tina was busy (even though I requested her), so I went ahead anyway. This was my first fill after a new set and the girl ripped 80% of my nails off due to lifting. While attempting to chip away at lifting already (again, brand new set), she accidentally ripped my entire nail off. I could tell it was an accident. What do you know, I was charged for it. I chose a color from the color swatch samples, clearly having no idea it had a special effect. It was just a color (looked iridescent). Turns out, it was a special “cat eye effect” that was an additional $5 too, which wasn’t communicated at all until cashing out. Like I said, I’ve tried to give them so many chances. Today was the icing on the cake. I will NOT be back. They apparently don’t pay attention to requests, nor do they communicate to confirm extra costs.

Went to this place little less than 2 weeks ago got acrylic nails let’s just say they didn’t even last 2 weeks and all they did was just pailoff and break I am not happy at all I also had to wait over 30 minutes from my appointment like not professional at all especially when they are trying to get you to come in earlier. Then I saw other people get a hand massage never got one. I felted like she was rushing.on my nails. The polish was not fully covering my whole nail on the sides. I would was gone back and justt asked this time please paint my whole nail. But for the acrylic to not even last 2 weeks it’s ridiculous. I dont reccomend this place at all

I went there to get my nails and toes done for my graduation. The pedicure was nice, the hot rocks, hot towels, nice scented exfoliate, but it wasn’t “deluxe” or worth $45.. I had a natural nail that was broken off because of an accident i was in where my fake nail took my real one off too, so i asked if it was still possible to put acrylic on it due to the circumstances and i understood if not, they said yes. My natural nails are short so i didn’t want them too long but i also didn’t want them this short and she had already cut them by the time i could say anything. I said i wanted acrylic because i didn’t want them thin and i don’t like the powder and i noticed she was taking powder stuff out. So i said again I wanted acrylic and then i had to stop her because she still dipped my fingers in powder. Then my acrylic job was not worth $40. I was already there for so long and had to eventually leave to get ready for graduation so i didn’t even have the time to sit there after these were done and explain my frustration. My total came out to $85! If i didn’t have a $60 gift card I would NOT have paid for these. The fingers that were dipped in powder were never cleaned off until I went to wash my hands after she put the acrylic on. I knowww my natural nails are short and i even said if they can’t do it, that was okay! But I’ve never ever bled at a manicure. I was hurt/bled twice, i am usually too anxious to speak up but i had to say something this whole manicure. I trieddd to emphasize that it was an important event for me. The acrylic was glopped onto my nail, they were crooked, uneven, i still have acrylic on my hands (I had to shake a thousand hands at graduation and my hands felt gross) and had two fingers with cuts on them. This made me so stressed out about my graduation, i cried. The woman was nice but I wouldn’t recommend for the prices. This was a really poor experience.
