I got a gel pedicure here a few months ago and it was the worst job I’ve ever seen, I even asked the manicurist if she could clean it up and she said it looks fine and left it at that. I kept at it telling her I wasn’t paying for this sloppy job. Did she care? No. 2 weeks later I came in for a gel removal on my toes and they asked if I had gotten it done there and I replied yes. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it as I would never be returning anyway. The woman doing my nails started arguing with another worker and suddenly all the workers came to look at the botched job on my toes. I knew who did it but I didn’t want to point her out. I just said I didn’t remember who did it, and they all started arguing with each other. It was the most uncomfortable experience of my life having every worker screaming and shouting as I sit there. Not to mention when I got my nails done and put my hands into the uv gel light it was completely sticky and disgusting. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a nail salon and because of this I have not stepped foot in one since this incident. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Consistently accepts appointments they can’t fulfill. I have no problem being told you’re full or can’t accept an appointment. But don’t tell me you can and then make me wait for an inordinate amount of time. Honesty is a better policy.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityWhile the manicurist was nice enough, and did an ok job, I was 15 minutes early for my appointment at 3:30, but was not seen until exactly four. I was thanked for waiting, and I humbly replied that I understand it was busy, but at the same time, while their time is valuable for them, my time is equally valuable to me.The manicurist, who did not introduce herself, say hello, or try to make any conversation with me besides telling me to “wash my hands”, which she was stern in her tone the second time because I couldn’t hear her the first time, and to tell me to call next time because their online appointment thing doesn’t connect to the store, or something?Unfortunately, if you allow appointments to be scheduled that way, it is on you to ensure that it either works promptly, works accordingly, or not allow it at all. When I finally was seated by a nice gentleman at the counter to my seat at the manicurist table, when the gentlelady came over And thanked me for my patience, I said that I understood and that it was my first time for a manicure-she said nothing, all while working on two clients at once. Is that a thing? Why even seat me if you’re going to split time between two clients, inevitably taking time away from themselves and I?I see acute cuticle buildup still on three fingers.I also noticed that when other clients were given the option for nail polish color, why wasn’t I? I sure hope it wasn’t because I was a man, and all the other clients were women, or identified as such.Does also it take only 12 minutes for a manicure? Because while I was seated right at four, I was done by 4:12.The place was clean, and organized. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel like I had a good customer experience here. I felt like I wasn’t valued or taken seriously as a man trying to pamper himself because I feel like proper attention wasn’t given, and I had to wait a half hour AFTER my scheduled time to even be seated.Service: ManicureWhile the manicurist was nice enough, and did an ok job, I was 15 minutes early for my appointment at 3:30, but was not seen until exactly four. I have been coming to Zaza for 5 years now. I no longer live super local and still come. Everyone is great, it’s clean and they have fair prices. Sammy is the best and my gel lasts SO long every time I see her. Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had scheduled an appointment for 6pm and was 5 minutes early but still had to wait for 20-25 minutes. The problem is not with waiting time but with the quality of service. After the wax, I asked if I could get cleaning wipes to clean the area but instead the lady pointed towards bounty (like really, I should clean the waxed area with bounty???)I had a groupon coupon which did not mention any limitation but they still asked me for additional $$ (along with groupon price that I had paid).Would not recommend the services:-1. Lack of professionalism2. Very Poor servicesService: Brazilian waxingI had scheduled an appointment for 6pm and was 5 minutes early but still had to wait for 20-25 minutes. The problem is not with waiting time but with the quality of service. Today I had a nail appointment at 9:30 I arrived at the nail salon at 925 I proceeded to wait until 945 for the owner to show up Because that is who my appointment Was with. This was not the 1st time that I have had an appointment and have been kept waiting a 1/2 an hour or longer. It shows that the salon does not appreciate you as a customer. And it does not show a lack of respect for its customers. I have been with this salon for years even during the real bad covid outbreaks. I do not feel that this is acceptable. There are plenty of salons in my own town but I’ve always been happy with my service zaza’ s until now.

Made an appointment and it meant nothing to them as they took two walk ins just before me and I was early. Had to wait an hour until they were done with the walk- ins. Not the first time this has happened . No appollogies either. Maybe I’ll start going somewhere else. Manicure

This is my go to nail salon. They do excellent dip manicures (they stay in tact for just about 30 days) and they do great with pedicures and have knowledge with ingrown. My husband also goes here monthly for his pedicures because he has such bad ingrown, and the girl Sammy is his go to. ( he won’t go to anyone else)
