I have never been more satisfied with service! My son is 2 and never had a haircut. He had really thick and long curly hair and would scream when I tried to comb it or touch it. When I knew it was time for a cut I was positive it would not be a pleasant experience. I was so wrong! Rachel cut his hair and treated my son in such a gentle way, that he was so good during the cut! The haircut came out beautiful and the experience was so pleasant. Rachel is an absolute magician. My kids love sitting in the car chairs and watching tv so they sit nice and get an excellent hair cut. This is the most amazing place for kids haircuts! We take our three year old twin grands here (girl and boy) and I have so much trust in their styling, I don’t even have to watch. Always perfect. Our grandson hated to get haircuts and screamed every time but he doesn’t mind going to Zayna’s one bit. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE! OVER PRICE! I originally wanted to wash cut and no blowout for my 4 year old daughter. I wanted the experience to be sweet. The stylist was a sweet lady all she wanted was leave in conditioner to detangle my daughter hair. She asked for “permission” to get the leave in conditioner. The guy behind the counter stated that will be another $35 just to detangle her since it will take another 20 mins. Plus $5 dollars for the wash and not including the cut. I stopped the service so now we are at $70 for a kids haircut. Does this make sense? If you dont want people to complain all these questions can be done prior to going (ILL WASH AND DENTAGLE HER HAIR SO THERE WONT BE A CHARGE OF $45) and getting a cut. SMH! NEVER AGAIN
