Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got an eye infection after service here the last tech Jamie spoke to me an said she would refund my money after getting the lashes removed from another artist due to the fact I live in Fort Collins. I had to be prescribed medicated eye drops. Jamie then blocked me via phone number an never refunded my money also threatened to get a restraining order against me due to me contacting her and sending her the information she requested In the first place before she would refund me. Very selfish an money oriented woman. She was not concerned about the condition of my eyes an said that I always complain about her work my eyes hurt during the service and were blood shot red for 48 hrs after the service. I don’t recommend her I can’t believe how negligent someone could be working on your eyes ! Im absolutely in love with my lashes they are a style 15 and they look amazing! and Jamie is a sweet heart, but I’m not loving my hair. I asked for an a line bob and ended up with a “Karen” style haircut with the chunky highlights and all. When she showed me the picture at our first appointment she was taking inspiration from I thought it was great and she had obviously dyed the girls hair a gray/dark platinum with highlights so I was excited, when I left with just platinum highlights I was disappointed, but was ready for the next appointment to finish it. She also wanted to keep my ends as a golden blonde with the platinum blonde highlights and those two don’t mix. After she washed my hair after having done the second set of highlights she asked if I was growing it out, I said that I was but I wanted something different and wanted a cut, she acted surprised when I wanted a cut but said she could do it. She had known from when I met her to me texting her what I want that I wanted a cut. This is not at all what I wanted or had envisioned for my hair, plus I can’t even wear the front part up because of how uneven it is on the sides. She styled it by straightening everything except for the front end pieces which she tried to curl which was not a good look. I was and still unimpressed, when I asked if we could do a full head of platinum blonde she said we couldn’t because we had already done the highlights and made it seem like it was my fault that i had the highlights. She also said that we could do another set of highlights and it would get rid of the darker colors but highlights don’t go under so that would still be the same. In that moment I just wanted to cry. She said that she would fix it at no cost but I would have to schedule another appointment, my school starts the 14th and my pictures are this Monday. She went in with a razor to get the layered/textured look of the picture but that just left me with an uneven hair cut. I wanted the same length as the picture but it is a lot shorter, it also doesn’t flow as well as it should. I knew nor she or anyone else could fix it with the short amount of time I have until pictures and how short it was cut. When I got home I cried, i called my bestie and I called my mom and I showed all my family and some friends they all said the same thing: the cut is cute but definitely way to short and I don’t like the highlights they are way to chunky and over priced. So I went to Walmart and got a box of platinum hair dye to try to make my hair all one color. Over all I would definitely go back for lashes because I love mine but that’s about it, I’ll find some where else to do my hair I just don’t like the way this turned out and wouldn’t like to risk it again and pay $70 for something I’m not gonna like.
