Terrible customer service. The first time I went I waited 40 minutes for the stylistYes sometimes there are situationsWhich are unavoidable and we have to be patient I was patient. After the cut I made aSecond appointment and when I arrived I was again told she would b late.by about 1hr. I had to reschedule because of time.they did. The day of the appointment I was called and they said they would not take me because I rescheduled. Poor customer service and business practices. I got my hair done by Charity. I have never been to a hairdresser who did not know anything about hair, especially hair coloring. She completely messed up the color and cut the back of my hair unevenly as if she were blind. I wouldn’t recommend this hairdresser to my worst enemy. Although she was nice, I would never ever go back to her.
