Built in 1931, Tudor inspired oak floors throughout. The spa encompasses the fine art of mind and body relaxation with integrative wellness solutions, which include a variety of modalities based on your wellness needs. Our mission is to provide integrative wellness resources for individuals to begin and continue their wellness journey. Focusing on the integration of mind, body and spirit balance into our clients everyday living – our services, workshops, and programs will support the journey into a sustainable wellness lifestyle.

I have had chronic jaw and shoulder pain for years and nothing I did had ever helped, so I booked an appointment with Cathy and let me just say, I’ll definitely being going back in a couple of weeks. Before we got started she followed all COVID precautions, asked me questions regarding my problem areas, and made sure I was completely comfortable before starting our session. Not only is she a relaxing presence, but makes sure your session is entirely about YOU. By the end of it, I felt more relaxed, and my muscles felt more relaxed, than ever. If you’ve been thinking about massage or body work, I highly recommend going to Zardus and booking an appointment with Cathy!

My grandson had a massage at the beginning of 2020. He swims and said that he relayed this information and, as a result, he felt certain muscles he uses in swimming were targeted and felt fantastic afterwards. Today I went to a Reflexology Clinic and a student (Cathy) spent an hour with me…paperwork, a luxurious foot soak in warm water w/Epsom salt and Eucalyptus oil. Then lotion applied to my feet as I lay on the table and she worked on my feet. I was in heaven!!! It’s not often that I treat myself and it will be hard not to do it again soon!

Zardus is such an amazing and home like place to be, full of love and beautiful vibes. I’m so blessed to have crossed paths with Tess and attend her massage therapy school, it has changed my life so much and has given me so many different skills and thoughts on life. Tess has created a safe place for so many people and is truly an inspiration! I highly recommend at least getting some bodywork done by the wonderful practitioners who work at zardus, taking classes there, or at least attending one of the many events that zardus has! You won’t be disappointed at all!

An absolute heaven of a place. My PCP referred me for muscle spasms. Saw Elizabeth. Found out she has spent the last 20+ years working with patients and pain management. She is excellent with deep tissue but also exceptional with trigger point release. She’s one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been treated by.
