Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at Zara’s. I had Loris Henry as my hairdresser. She did the opposite of what I asked for. The color of my hair was so bad, I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. Avoid her- her behavior was disturbing.

Zara has a nice space and offers several services. I went in for a gel mani and it was awful. Zara only painted my nails. I pretty much paid for a 25 paint job, that was not good. On 2 fingers, cat hair kept getting stuck in the gel polish. I brought it to Zara’s attention, but she tried to paint over the hair, with gel! I politely pulled back and used her instrument to try and remove the hair myself. I could tell that Zara was getting frustrated and I didnt want to give an old lady a hard time. I paid and tipped, but did not get a mani (let alone a good one) and simply, won’t return.

I had my hair cut at Zara’s hair and nails and I called on the phone to see the price for a haircut was. She said I would have to come in the shop to see how long my hair was so I went there and waited till she was done. Then she looked at my hair and said “i will give you a discount” so I set an appointment for the next day and she did not wash my hair, all she did was cut it and then straighten it was uneven on the right side it was a inch shorter than my left side for a better haircut I could have gone to salon west Aveda and got it for the same price but even also I don’t like how they don’t except card and check only I will try to get my nails done there and give a review but with the flaws there was very nice and friendly people and was very open on there calendar. Don’t mean to hate I was just was disappointed and want to give them another chance.
