Good for very basic nails. Most of the nail techs don’t know how to do designs. I’ve gone three times. 2 times my designs have been shut down because the nail tech didn’t know how to do it. They couldn’t do simple four lined stars or basic flowers….yea. Application and quality are good. I usually pay $40-50 for a dip manicure on my natural nails that are pretty long. There is probably one or two nail techs that know how to do designs but they are always booked. I’ve gone around 2pm on weekdays usually so there hasn’t been a wait when I’ve gone. After that they get quite busy. All in all, good for basic nails…not so good for designs. My nail tech tried pulling up a tutorial once and I told her nevermind lol.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been to this salon about 5 times. I went a couple times, stopped and then gave it another shot. After being hung up on by the salon owner and being spoken to rudely a number of times I am taking the time to leave a review. Firstly, the salon owner is extremely combative and rude – I was only asking what the estimated current wait time was for a manicure and was hung up on. Secondly, two times this salon has cut my cuticles so low that they have bled on both hands and were sore to the touch for a few days after my dip manicure. The second time I called to let the owner know just in case it would happen to another person and she was not interested nor did she apologize. After being hung up on by the salon owner and being spoken to rudely a number of times I am taking the time to leave a review. Y’all! It was my first time here, mind you, I’m VERY picky about my nails. I ONLY go to my nail tech and she wasn’t avail. So I found this place & read some reviews. I have it a try and my nails are PERFECT! The young lady with the eyebrow ring did them and omg! IM COMING BACK! Great price for perfection! Nails are even and flat as they should be. I mean everything to the T ! Thank you!

Omg I LITERALLY LOVE this place!!! It’s so gorgeous and super clean! Lana the owner is sooooo amazing and you can tell she loves what she does!!! If you’re unable to get in with Lana don’t worry, the rest of her nail artists are awesome as well! I’ve gotten so many compliments on them!! Check out the beautiful nail art she did for me!! 10/10 Recommend, hands down!

I truly love this salon, recently moved to this side of town about a few months ago and was referred to this salon and would never look back!!! The staff is so friendly, very professional and polite!! I have been back a few times and just love the ambiance the atmosphere and very clean!!!
