It’s comforting and feels secure when you know you’re getting the same service from familiar faces. I don’t mind giving new people chances, but it’s a new Person every time. On 11/1/21 I went to this location to get my eyebrows threaded. I usually have a good experience but I don’t understand why there’s a different tech each and every time I go there. It’s comforting and feels secure when you know you’re getting the same service from familiar faces. I don’t mind giving new people chances, but it’s a new Person every time. My wife visits this place (the one on dekalb pike) often to get her eyebrows done. She had good experience till now but today (monday) was particularly bad. The stylist was talking on phone while working with my wife and was very fast and her brows was not done properly. She also had some bruises around her brows. Hoping that zara brow can make sure that this kinda experience never occurs in future. Thanks

I usually have a good experience when I go but I recently went and the woman who threaded my brows was nice however I told her I just wanted them cleaned up and to keep them thick and she thinned my brows out so bad and didn’t give me the mirror to look , she also missed hair I had to pluck later at home. Another point to add is that this is my first time going to her, not sure if she’s new but I’m disappointed !

This is not my regular brow salon, but every time I visit there is a different brow tech. They each have different skill levels and its obvious. My brows are pretty low maintenance and its not hard to ” mess” them up. Each time I’ve gone they have done a horrible job. I even had a woman say my eyebrows are different…. which should have been a red flag; everyone knows brows are sisters, not twins! What finally turned me off is the fact that they up charge to use their credit card machine. Im almost certain that is illegal, and I have already reported them to the BBB.

I have been going to Zara Brow Bar since they were at a kiosk in Plymouth Meeting mall. I trust each of them to do my eyebrows and my daughters eyebrows. I always get lots of compliments on how nice my eyebrows look. I will never go to anyone else to get them done.
