Very VERY BAD! They will make your eyebrow matching there taste not yours!! The lady there didn’t care at all about what I said and how I like my brow to be like, although I make sure several time exactly how I want my brow to be cleaned, and how I don’t want her to touch close to it because I’m trying to make a new thick shape. She did the first right because I insist to stop and see the mirror, than I told her it’s fine to make the other one the same. And she make the other one way-more thiner! I used wax also and my skin gets irritated for the first time because obviously she doesn’t know how to use it, I’m in probiotic cream for 3 days now.

I just left there after asking for a brow wax. She asked if I wanted threading and I said no. At the end of the brow wax she insisted on doing some threading. I was wincing in pain and clearly wanted her to stop. She never showed me the finished product. After I left I looked at them and was shocked to see she took off half of my eyebrow!!!! I will NEVER go back there again. Be warned!

My friend found out this morning his daughter and a friend went to get their brows waxed. One had a reaction to a cream used. That’s not the worst part , they are both 15 years old and no parent was with them. As I was standing there one technician finished with a client and called over the next client she was not wearing gloves and did not wash her hands. The other technician was threading a client and was holding the thread in her mouth. They told me that a 13 year old can go in and receive services with out a parent.

This place is worst. They have literally played with my face. I got my eyebrows and upper lip done. And I also mentioned the lady who was doing to be gentle as my skin is little sensitive. But she has bruised m skin with her vigorous threading skills. Never gonna come again.

I went in to get my eye brows threaded and they charged me $12 dollars instead of the normal $10 because I was a male. They did not do a very good job either and was VERY rough and hard on the threading. I get my eyebrows threded a lot but it never hurt like it did at this place. Sexist and rude people. Would not recommend.
