Went here to get my eyebrows threaded from this place just now, the day after Christmas. The woman didn’t even greet me when I said hello and asked about services. Then, I asked her to just clean up my eyebrows but keep them thick, she didn’t even turn around to see what I was trying to communicate to her. She did what she wanted to do instead and made them thin and created a weird arch on one eyebrow. You can see how far back she pushed the natural outline of my brows back. I didn’t want to be difficult so I told her I liked them and just wanted to leave. I gave her $20 and waited for my change $5. She paused and looked at me as if I was standing there for no reason. After she begin getting my money, she asked if I wanted one’s. I said it doesn’t matter. She then said are you gonna leave a tip, I get paid from tips. I said not today. She stared at me in my eyes with a nasty look and then finally gave me my change back. Worst experience ever. Nasty spirited and entitled woman. I will not ever be returning back to be serviced there, especially by that woman. Photos attached!

I received a referral to this place and of course I was skeptical but the person that referred me I knew had my best interest at heart because my previous brow technician was not consistent, very expensive, and would constantly cancel at the last minute. If you come here ask for Bella. Bella is patient and kind especially if this is your first experience with threading your brows. Bella kept my eyebrows thick as requested and I have received so many compliments. What makes it even better is that the prices are reasonable and fair. Bye Bye $40 brow payments. I got my eyebrows done here once while in the mall. They literally took off like 5 pieces of eyebrow hair and told me I’m done. It hurt so bad. She made me cry. And it looks like I never even got my eyebrows done. Waste of money. Never would I ever. I will find proof. I have photos.

Terrible service I will never go again . I explained I just needed my eyebrows cleaned up and the women decided she was gonna do whatever she wanted she gave me TWO COMPLETELY different brows I naturally have thick eyebrows and walked out with barely any hair left . When I expressed my dislike for the service in a polite manner I was ignored I asked to at least leave with two brows that could be at least similar and she wanted to continue to argue of how I didn’t have eyebrow hair to begin with . I’ve gone to this location for years and never not once had a problem nobody tried to fix the situation at all so not only did u walk our without having anything fixed I no have to pay someone else to fix their mistake
