I usually go to this salon just for AKU. Aku is the best! She’s been doing my eyebrows since I was a kid now I’m an adult, I don’t even have to tell her any more how I want them done she goes right over and does her job! She knows I like my eyebrows to stay looking thick and with shape! When she was on maternity leave I think 2 or 3 years ago, I was going to someone in that same salon and messed up my eyebrows completely, I was devastated!!! Until Aku came back to work she fixed them up! She’s very polite, nice, makes conversations with you as well not be awkward. She’s not only my eyebrow lady she’s also my friend! I have recommended some of my friends to her and they love her! Even my own husband lol he gets his eyebrows done at the barbershop and they totally mess them up, she came and fixed them up! 10000000 for you AKU!

First body waxing experience here was excellent. Rating is for eyebrow threading. I like my thick eyebrows… I told the lady I was there for a clean up and that I wanted them the same thickness. She left them uneven and very very skinny. She did not clean them, she shaped them. Something I did not want. I got them done for my wedding… very upset with the way my eyebrows were done for this very important day.

If I could give a zero I told would. I came in January to get my brows done, she threaded them to short. And then I wanted until today almost 4 months to grow out.and sis in there does not listen m. I said clean up only. She has every excuse. Last time she told me to just say clean up. And that’s what I did. And she did whatever she wanted.she then argues with you and just rude Please do not go there.

From the eyebrow and facial threading to the colorist I have been using, I am very happy with the services and the prices I pay for them. The people who work there are professional, friendly and helpful. Whatever I ask for, they deliver. I like the cellophane colors and color weaving (aka highlights) and am allergic to wax and threading is fast, painless and inexpensive. I am scheduling another appointment today.

I’m on the fence. I got threading done on lip, chin and sides of face. I don’t have anything to really compare it. My face became more inflamed as the day went on. Four days later it’s still an issue. Nothing was cleaned or sanitized on my face prior to threading. (I’m not sure if it’s normal procedure) I’ve had waxing done in past at another salon and they apply cleanser/sanitizing solution before wax, and something after waxing. I felt the service was quick, I was in and out quickly. I really wanted this to work but I can’t have my face looking like this Everytime I get it done.

We moved to the area just over a year ago from Philly, and so I could no longer get my eyebrows done at my trusted place. I had no idea where to go around here. Just before the holiday I decided to try Zara since it was nearby. I’m so glad I did. This is the best my eyesbrows have ever looked. I couldn’t be happier. Every employee I have encountered there is lovely too.

I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded at Zara for years, but this is the first time that I’ve gone there since Deepa left. The person who did my brows utterly destroyed them. They’re misshapen, super thin and they don’t even remotely match. I won’t be going back.

Critical: QualityIf I could I would give zero stars…I told the girl who threaded my eyebrow to not thread my eyebrow short and when I looked at the mirror they were super skinny, misshaped and cut unevenly…I was going there for some years now but after today never again…I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

I’m giving them 2 stars because they have very minimal space (which i know they can’t control) but they don’t guide their guests to where they can sit & make the move to a space across the store – but continually kept moving me telling me i couldn’t sit certain places. you wanna stand for 45 minutes to get your eyebrows done? go here.
