Critical: QualityNew customer. Had a wet cut with Amanda. I gave her the benefit of the doubt since I’m a new customer and she doesn’t know my hair. The cut was pretty bad. She obviously is very inexperienced with short hair. And is not very attentive to what a customer asks.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHad an appointment today with Norman. My color and cut were fantastic as usual. One of the reasons I love this salon so much is how much they care about helping each other and also how they care about their clients. I had a terrible headache when I got there and Julie saw me take a couple Advil and asked if I was OK. She then took time out of her day (without any prompting from me) to spend extra time with me to shampoo and massage my head to help relieve my headache. As a mom of 5 kids, it meant the world to me to have someone care that much to go the extra mile. I was so thankful, felt so much better and my hair looked amazing. It turned my whole day around.I also like that they ask me to share feedback with them about the salon and the services I receive. They take time to listen and make sure I am 100% satisfied before I leave. I always feel welcome walking in the door and cared for walking out the door. Great business! Great people! Had an appointment today with Norman. My color and cut were fantastic as usual. One of the reasons I love this salon so much is how much they care about helping each other and also how they care about their clients. Norman is a color magician! I walked in as a blonde and came out with the most beautiful auburn color just in time for fall. I have had so many compliments and have been told it has taken years off my appearance. He also gave me a cut that accentuates my cheek bones and is perfect for my face. I am new to the area and couldn’t be happier that I have found my new home for my hair care. Thank you all so much for such a great experience. Can’t say enough about the staff at this salon! From the moment I walked in until I walked out I was pampered like never before. Norman is a color magician! I walked in as a blonde and came out with the most beautiful auburn color just in time for fall. I have had so many compliments and have been told it has taken years off my appearance. He also gave me a cut that accentuates my cheek bones and is perfect for my face. I am new to the area and couldn’t be happier that I have found my new home for my hair care.
