This is the best place to take your kids for a haircut! My daughter took scissors to her hair and it looked awful. I brought her here and they did such a good job fixing it. Everyone was so nice, and the owner is amazing! I will definitely bring my kids back here.

I get that it’s hard to cut a 2 year old’s hair, but when you almost strangle him with a cape and pull him down to the seat… do you expect him not to cry? Then continuing to tell him to sit and rolling your eyes while pulling him back will do nothing. The interaction made me extremely uncomfortable. We will never be back again and I advise you to stay away as well. I’m glad I just took him out of the seat and left. Don’t waste your time or money. And paying $25 is already a steep price for a 2 year old’s hair cut, you’d think we would get the royal treatment for that price. Instead all we got was attitude and a waste of a trip.

So I called and asked if they cut little black boys hair with shears and she asked if he was mixed or all black and when I said all black she said my shears don’t cut that type of hair. When I go to great clips never do they use different shears on my hair because I’m black. Im not sure if I should be Offended or not

Was my son’s first haircut & it was very special. He didn’t cry, Amanda made us comfortable, she’s very patient & friendly. I got my son’s haircut there and noticed when I got home that his bangs looked horrible. I scheduled to get his bangs fixed but the earliest I could schedule an appointment was 9 days from when his hair was cut. I took him in for the appointment and explained that his bangs just needed to be fixed from the earlier haircut. I was not thinking I would have to pay to get a 5 minute fix to his previous hair cut. They ended up charging me full price because the appointment to fix his hair was not within a one week window. I explained this wasn’t my fault. Now I paid $50 for a haircut

Worst customer experience ever. Either the receptionist chooses not to answer the phone or she’s told not to answer the phone. Either way that’s a poor way to run a business. Everything has to be done online because no one answers the phone. I’ve tried calling to ask questions about the online haircut options…no answer. When I actually made an appointment but then wanted to see if there was earlier availability in the day…no answer…left a voicemail…no returned phone call. So I tried calling to let them know there was an accident (3 police cars clogging up the intersection) making us late…no answer. So when I pull up 5-10 minutes late, get out of my car, the receptionist saw me (the store lights were on still) and by the time I get my 2 yr old out of his carseat they turned the lights off and locked the door. They let me in to tell me that I was late and everyone was leaving. That everyone lives 2 hours away and it’s a holiday, no one was willing to stay and give my 2 year old a haircut. They had no compassion for the situation. You expect a business centered around children to have compassion, understanding, patience and to be flexible when dealing with toddlers/kids and their parents. I felt unheard and completely disregarded. I tried doing the right thing but that didn’t matter to the receptionist or the hairdressers that chose to hide in the back. The only thing that mattered to them was that I was last so they could close early, turn the lights out and lock the door at 3:45~3:50pm instead of 4pm. Worst customer service ever. I hope the owner and manager have higher expectations of their employees than what I experience today. This type of customer service should not be tolerated. I let the receptionist know of my frustrations and her response was to defend herself without any compassion for the situation. Extremely disappointing. I advise against supporting this establishment.
