I got a blowout and a haircut here. My stylist did a good job but I wasn’t a fan of how she constantly tried to convince me to buy more products/book more appointments and even stood over the receptionist at the end of the appointment to make sure i booked one, which made me uncomfortable. I already agreed to buy the shampoo/conditioner that she recommended and then she tried to convince me to buy more product on top of that. She also kept trying to convince me to let her color my hair and say what she would do to it which I didn’t ask for because i already have a colorist. It’s like she wouldn’t let up no matter how much i bought she had to recommend i get another thing, so for that reason I went to the downtown location and had a much better experience.

SAVE YOUR HAIR! DO NOT GO HERE! Hair stylists are very inexperienced. The one who tried to give me a balayage fried my hair only to dye it back the exact same color…wasting 4 hours of my life and the condition of my hair. Then the other stylist who cut my hair tried to convince me to cut my hair off up to my shoulders even though I expressed I’m growing it out and I only wanted a trim but that didn’t stop her. She proceeded to cut almost two inches off. Then after the cut I was the one who had to point out that my hair was the same color and in worse condition….they were just going to let me pay and leave. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Cannot say enough about this place! I accidentally forgot to book my cut with my balayage. I went back a couple of weeks later. Now I am separating it every time. Usually by the time I am done with color I am ready to go but the wash and cut was so relaxing. It was an experience than needed to be enjoyed all on its own!
