Zandreya was absolutely amazing. So professional, informational and strived to make me feel comfortable. She kept me talking, so I would not focus on what was happening. She was involved in the conversation and present during the service. There was no awkwardness after the initial, “Welp, this happening. I am finally doing this.” She was excited to meet me and made the service as painless as was possible. I am a plus size woman and was very cautious and put off making this appointment for years due to insecurities and fears I had. She eliminated all those fears and had absolutely no judgement in her tone or actions. I would 100% use her services again and again! She made sure I was fully informed on aftercare and the dos and don’ts. She was up front and honest about what I might need, going forward for appointments. You could really tell that she thinks of you as a person and not just a dollar sign. The office is gorgeous and very well maintained. I could feel the privacy and security surrounding the establishment. Thank you so much for being great at what you do.
