I have been going to Zam’s for many years. I wouldn’t think of going somewhere else. Every time the haircut is perfect. Never had a bad experience. Jasmine and Mai are meticulous and thorough and always friendly. They always know what haircut I want. I recommend them highly. This is more as a suggestion to the business. They have good prices, good service. The only thing that they need help with, is that when it’s busy they don’t let the customers know that are coming in of what the wait time is going to be( 30 min to 1hour wait)They should have something like they do at costco optometry, you pull a number, then they call the next number in line, if the next number is not there then they call the next customer. That will help from a customer’s point of view..

Critical: Quality, ValueI paid for a hair cut and a beard trim (I was overcharged according to the shop prices) and ended up having to shave the rest of my beard because the older man completely messed up. On top of That he ended up slicing up the back of my neck, and my face. Overall trash experience and will not be returning.
