I been going to her place for a while and couple times she was late , one time she was late 20 mins and I was standing outside for to open the door . So last time I went I thought I made my appointment at 3 so I showed there at 3 on time as usual , so she start so rude and she’s like you missed ur appointment was 2:45 and I asked her so can u do it today , she’s she thinking for a sec and she’s like umm I guess will take you this time . This is not a way to treat ur customer especially I been her customer for a while , I’ll never go back with her attitude like this . Horrible , really what’s wrong with ppl .

if i can give one star i would!! terrible terrible service. i drove over 30 min for an appointment just for them to have the door locked and nobody answered the phone or my multiple knocks when right before pulling in i seen a lady enter the building. Don’t waste ur hard earned money on ignorant business owners

I’m so happy with my experience and my brows. Had my upper lip and my brows done in 15 minutes. Zaina is kind and accommodating. She was really great about listening to my personal preference. My brows look natural but defined. Highly recommend going here! Book an appointment ahead of time even if it’s the same day.
