The lady who works there is awesome. She does à good job . Takes her time and very meticulous. I recommend her work . The shop itself is a little outdated but the work you’re getting done there is good so who cares about the place !!!!

While I like the eyebrow threading service, the other services are mediocre. For example I used to get my hair dyed here earlier now I have stopped doing that because they hardly take any interest in doing it the right way and they never wash the hair properly.

First time I came.. she cleaned them the best I’ve ever seen but I’ve never seen them so thin.. a couple months I decided to give it another shot after religiously putting oils on my browns to help them grow back.. before I sat in the chair I specifically told her “ just clean.. I DO NOT want them any thinner I just want them clean” before she went on to the other brow I asked to see.. the exact opposite of what I asked. Just a disappointment. And when I told her that I had told her I didn’t want them thin she had the odacity to say they’re not. Thin and crooked. Unbelievable.. so many other places in Venice to thread your eyebrows and they’re done so much better and cheaper as well.. don’t recommend this place at all if you like your eyebrows not looking like the thread she uses to thread your brows.
