Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been getting facials with Tundi for years. Not only is she the sweetest, kindest person you’ll ever meet! But she’s very knowledgeable with what she does and so relaxing, I never want to leave. I’ve been seeing her once a month for about a year due to my face breaking out from wearing a mask all day with my profession, and she’s turned everything around. She’s helped me formulate a skincare routine that I do day & night. I say this with 100% honesty, she’s got the hands of an angel. I have been getting facials with Tundi for years. Not only is she the sweetest, kindest person you’ll ever meet! But she’s very knowledgeable with what she does and so relaxing, I never want to leave. I’ve been seeing her once a month for about a year due to my face breaking out from wearing a mask all day with my profession, and she’s turned everything around. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityUnprofessional as soon as you enter the building . Plus they don’t even ware masks…. Make sense if you give clients the choice but all employees should have them . Regardless as a new client and 1st timer how my situation was handled and especially that a stylist would be over 15 minutes late and was not informed politely in enough time to not waste my time nor gas , nor did the staff seem to really care .. yea no thanks . I have been getting my hair done for over 20 years and am also In the field it was handled poorly and as a joke . Not even two hours later went to another amazing salon in downtown grayslake and had such a warm welcome with nothing but professional people ! Loved it ! Marija gave me what I have always wanted but was told by “other” salon it couldn’t happen. I can honestly say this salon is awesome!!!! Marija gave me what I have always wanted but was told by “other” salon it couldn’t happen. She was very friendly and did not make me feel like I didn’t belong there like “other” salon in Vernon Hills. I will definitely be coming back and spreading the words. After countless hair appoitments at other salons, I was recommended by a friend to come to Zachary Chase and this place is INCREDIBLE! Marija continues to amaze me every time I step foot in the salon! The way she does a balayage is jaw dropping, and she always does my hair exactly like how I ask and it always comes out amazing. Not only is her skill with coloring hair amazing but she cuts hair incredibly, too.
