They are nice people but inexperienced. My eyebrows were kind of ragged when I left. She had trouble getting the fine hairs right below them. She didn’t get the fine hairs between my brows like most people do. I also got full-leg waxing, and I left the place super sticky and with hair in patches. A few days later, I was not really smooth anymore because the tech did not properly remove the hair. I won’t return.

Got eyelash extensions done for first time and very disappointed with the process…after 4 hrs of service I washed my face avoiding lashes as much I could but they came off..I will go back to get my money back as they claimed it to stay for 2 weeks but came off in 2hrs.$30 not worth on it.

Got my lash extensions done yesterday around 4pm, next day my lashes were coming off, had to go back in to only have more ugly heavy glue applied, after asking technician several times to not use a lot of glue, paid 30 bucks for something my 11yrs old grand could have done 100% better. Never will they get my business again. Not quality work save your money, Day 2 lashes with all the packed black hair glues has completed came off, 30 bucks of embarrassment

Asked for eyebrow threading and the technician didn’t know how to thread so she waxed my eyebrows instead of threading like I asked. She completely messed up the arch of my brow on the left side and took too much hair off. I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing. If they have inexperienced workers here then they need to be honest instead of practicing on clients. I was not satisfied at all with how she did my brows. This place is a hit or miss. Some of them are good but others not at all

She didn’t ask if I wanted them threaded or waxed. I figured they always threaded, but she immediately started waxing my brows. Then she didn’t even make them look good.

I’ve visited this salon on multiple occasions, I’ve never had bad service or a bad treatment, but on my most recent visit I was kept waiting 15 minutes for my appointment, which I didnt mind, but whilst I was changing the manager came in and asked me to change quicker as she had another client after, which I found extremely rude as I had been waiting pateintly for my appointment. I woke up and had two long white streaks down both arms where she had clearly missed, when I called to explain that I was disatisfied the attitude I recieved from the manager was appauling. She suggested I leave work to go there and re spray my arms, then gave me attitude when I said I couldnt, she then told me to take a photo and send to her to prove my arms were white, implying that I was lying.Terrible and bad experience

Critical: QualityI got my lashes done Saturday Sept 4, on Monday Sept 6 they have fallen off.I Got a set of Individual lashes and they typically last about two weeks. I paid $40 for extra full lashes and they came off not even a week later. As soon as I left Saturday I was back not even 10 minutes later because they were already falling off. Not to mention, while I was being serviced on Saturday, two other ladies walked in complaining about the same issue the lashes not staying on for longer than a day or two. They refuse to redo the lashes. So since she started on the one eyebrow, I thought it would make since to continue waxing. But she stopped waxing my eyebrow and said my skin was “irritated” and that I shouldn’t get waxed.
