I loved going and getting my hair done by Jessica!! I had a bad experience at my last place and my hair was breaking and falling out. She took the time to listen to my concerns, create a plan to help my hair back to what I want it to be and was very knowledgeable. She cut my hair the first time, it looked super amazing and felt great! She recommended some things I could do to help it between visits and I went back to have her blend my gray with my blonde and do some low lites to give it dimension since it has been so over processed. Love love love!!!

I have been to this studio several times and have been very unhappy . The first time I went for color and highlights which was ok. Then I went back a few months later to just cover the roots but messed up my low lights completely. They have tried to “fix” it several times but so far no luck. I’ve either been burned or too light and now most of my hair is super dark but the ends are grayish blue. This is terrible.

I’m happy that I stuck with Z Studio, becasue I have found the best beautician ever in Renee! I have been to see her a few times since our first meeting, and she always does the most amazing things with my hair. She always offers advice on products and treatments, and is never pushy with anything. I appreciate how she takes time to explain everything. Last time I visited her she suggested a Keratin treatment and it changed my hair in the best possible way! (see pic). I went in today for a trim and it’s still as shiny and glossy as ever! Renee has a customer for life!

It’s incredible that to make an appointment people you’ve never seen in your life ask for your credit card number and just for that reason they don’t give you an appointment. Paying in cash is the safest thing to do than a card, lousy service

She made my hair feel so much more healthy. I can’t stop running my fingers through it! She asked me questions about my hair care routines and suggested some great products.
