After reading other reviews, I don’t know if Lisa was having a bad day when I went in or what. She was rude the entire time, wouldn’t talk to me. She WOULD NOT do what I asked her to do, I had black hair and wanted to get it down to a medium brown color, she told me this would be impossible to do, I left with my hair still black defeating the purpose of me going in the first place, she didn’t want to wax my eyebrows because she “didn’t have time” even though I had an appointment. I spent $100 and then went home and bleached it myself to get the results I wanted.
