I was very happy with the Kevin Murphy color thanks to the stylists recommendation and thorough explanation of color. I went back and the second time I wasn’t happy with the way my hair turned out though, the stylist did more what she wanted than what I wanted it seemed in the end. I didn’t realize that at first so my reaction was that I liked it until it really sunk in. Instead of contacting the stylist I contacted the manager. I was shocked at the managers response; I felt invalidated and blamed for not saying something right away. The stylist offered a free highlight but it just didn’t feel like it was a good fit.

I went and got my hair done there and loved my stylist. Super engaging and real. But I tried to set up an appointment to do lash extensions and had to keep calling. It took 2 weeks for someone to get back in contact with me, and when they finally did still nothing was set up. The lady said she would get back in contact with me because she was going on vacation and never did. So I believe some parts of the salon are well taken care of, but probably will not be returning.
