Been a customer for 3 years. Always have been very satisfied with my braids. But today I went in to make an appointment to get box braids. No one was at the desk so I proceeded to the back and was told to show one of the stylist how I wanted my hair. I can sense she had an attitude but I have been a customer for so long I continued to show her how I wanted my hair. She says ok and walks away. I go back up to the desk thinking she was going to come up soon and assist me with making an appointment but I looked back and she went back to doing her customers hair. I stood for a minute and was asked by the owner did I need anything and I said yes I want to make an appointment. And she goes oh I thought you already had an appointment. At the point I was super frustrated and fed up. I told them never mind and walked out of the shop. I have experienced attitude from the staff before but this was just the last straw. They do an amazing job on my braids but I will not deal with the unecessary attitude. Will not be giving another dime to this salon. And I went to another shop where I was greeted with a smile and was assisted with making an appointment for next week with no problems.

Booked appointment with a woman when i came to my appointment i was sat down with a younger woman. I gave pictures of how i wanted my hair and i was given a price. My braids for very big and parted big in the back. I told the owner caroline that i was not happy and this is not what i wanted. She corrected the front. Salon is very unprofessional and will not listen to thr customer. Argued with me about what color weave i should use, parting of hair and other things. Owner start braiding my hair very tight as if she was angry and told me i should have waited for the finish product. Why would i do that? When done she even cut my hair that was sticking from braids even when i asked her not to bc of a bad experience with a previous salon. I said it five times don’t cut my hair she rudly kept cutting and said i heard u three times. Then said at the end if u didn’t want ur hair cut u should have just said that! ..smh They care about the money and not the customer. I will never go back! Very rude and was really throwing things. I have huge braids in the back of my hair and smaller ones in the front.. Just throw the whole salon away!!!

Horrible service, when making appointments the staff was always late, and the owner Caroline was very rude and mean, and unprofessional, and the staff had major issues with personal hygiene, any time your servicing the public you must always practice good personal hygiene, the salon in the back and in the bathroom was very filthy, always very confusing when making appointments, combs would fall on the floor they would pick it up and continue using them, customer beware.

I’ll just say this, the shop owner Caroline is simply, THE BEST HAIR PERSON IN THE STATE, PERIOD (!!!) What she does for my hair is, MAGICAL, she always has me leaving looking awesome (!) Her and her staff are just wonderful, highly professional, courteous, working in a clean, comfortable environment, 5 stars, AND UP!!!
