I made my appointment online and was able to book and pay for my service before coming in to the spa. I went and got a eyebrow wax with Lauren. She was really nice and did a great job. The convenience of being able to pay before coming in has made this place my go to.

I won’t be going back here because the last time I got my hair done the hairdresser washed all the color out with hot water and stripped my hair and said I could come back and we’ll redo it so I scheduled to come back a little over a month later because I was going out of town and couldn’t come back sooner, and my calendar reminded me that I had an appointment with them today, so I called them to let them know I couldn’t make it today because I t turned out I had to work and they said they have to charge me 100% because I’m canceling the day of, even though they messed my hair up last time and I didn’t get a reminder call or text from them like they said I would when I scheduled it. I understand their policy says they charge 100% if the appointment isnt canceled withing 24 hours prior but I thought given the circumstances they would make it right but they are charging me 100$ and that’s rediculous given they messed my hair up and I was trying to get it redone and they didn’t give me a reminder like they said they would. Rant over.

Honestly very disappointed in the management. All i heard were excuses from her as to why the salon is the way it is right now and I understand but her professionalism was so rude. The gal that answered the phone not only just answered and put me straight on hold she proceeded to accuse my boss of lying. I also work at a professional environment and would never call our clients liars. Definitely will not be going ever again whether it is new staff or not. I don’t recommend anyone else or they will go through a horrible experience if they want to complain. Please do not try to excuse your horrible management/owner position with a long paragraph on my review.
