You either love them or hate them apparently according to all the reviews. I could not stay silent. I took my two daughters to get manicures. They asked us to wash our hands when we came in, fine. I was treated like cattle. Shoved, prodded, at one point she pulled my finger so hard I said owww and there was no apology or change in behavior. I almost walked out at that point but didn’t want to embarrass my girls. Sprayed my nails down with alcohol to clean them before putting on shellac instead of just asking me to wash them. I’m glad I wasn’t going to wear a really nice dress because these are the roughest, sharpest nails I’ve ever had. It’s so disappointing that a business doesn’t care if you’re happy or not, or if they are even being nice, professional. They assume that they will survive because people want their nails done. This was definitely not a treat or relaxing. Zoom in on photo two, there’s a bonus hair stuck in my shellac, YAYYYYY!!!

Z Nails is fantastic!! I have been here many times and always have a great experience. The salon is clean and bright. The women that work there are friendly and do excellent work. It’s easy to make an appointment- even at the last minute. If they were closer to me, I’d be here every week!

My 5th time at Z Nails and Kelly did a fantastic job! We did dip and she was able to do custom glitter ombre at the base and different ring and pointer nails. She is a master with the file and new exactly what I wanted. Z Nails is always available for same day appointments and has even squeezed in a walk in.

I told the lady I have thin nails and to not file them as much. She still filed it soooo thin my acrylic nails seemed like they were in my nail rather than on top. The acrylic nails finally came off 6 weeks later but a few fingers now don’t have nails because that’s how bad they filed my nail down. Would not recommend this place. At least not the lady who did my nails. I don’t remember her name. The place itself is really cute inside tho. And the main lady is very sweet.

I chose a super simple design, and she couldn’t do it. My nail is showing underneath my acrylic, the acrylic isnt filled up to my cuticle (let alone she didn’t clean my cuticles). They’re super uneven underneath my nails, and the paint job is TERRIBLE. very uneven. Paint all over my cuticles.
