Not really had much of a problem before today, but today I went in and got a full set, white tip. The tech didn’t round my edges, and they look absolutely hideous. Not graceful at all. I wanted some length, but not too much. Somewhere between short and medium. Got medium with rough corners and some nails the acrylic already looks a week grown out. Not worth the $45 in my opinion

They were super nice but my nails aren’t even at all. They’re pretty but aren’t even close to being similar. Like each nail has its own length. I’ve been here multiple times to give it a chance but I probably won’t come back. :/

Went to Znails to get my nails done recently and I am VERY pleased with them. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and did not have a long wait to be waited on. I told the gentleman that was about to do my nails I wanted the $45 pedicure and when I got to the desk to check out he said it was $60. Last time I went there I paid less than $60 and I got the full massage and everything on my legs and my feet. I did not get the massage on my legs only on my feet this time. They were very shorthanded had two people working and have like nine clients, 7 of them came in after me and another customer were already there in the middle of a pedicure. They told me that I need to make sure I let my toenails grow longer and I don’t like long toenails. Needless to say I did not tip the guy because he told me $45 and then I get up there and it was 60.

Critical: Quality, ValueI am here working for 3 months and needed a fill. It is near my hotel so decided to give them a try. Big mistake! It only took him 20 minutes for one thing (even my regular guy at home takes more time). My nails were squared when I went in and rounded when I came out (he didn’t even ask) and they are uneven, I can see through the polish, he barely used any acrylic powder, and the price I paid should have been the price for a brand new set with gel. It had been 5 weeks since my last fill and they still looked better than they do now. I am here working for 3 months and needed a fill. It is near my hotel so decided to give them a try. Big mistake! It only took him 20 minutes for one thing (even my regular guy at home takes more time). I went two separate times. Once to get my nails done- I got a gel manicure and the polish and shape turned out perfect. My second experience was to get a pedicure. Amazing! The nail tech was extremely meticulous and took his time. The polish was perfect and my cuticles look gorgeous. Highly recommend.
