These are pictures of my daughter Brianna’s hands and nails after having them done at Znails here in zanesville by a girl named Mariah. Her thumb was bleeding so bad that Mariah put super glue on it to stop the bleeding. Not only was she charged the full price of $47, she also tipped the girl $5 (not knowing any better) which Mariah did accept. Jen and I went in and spoke to the Owner/Manager who denied a refund and did nothing more than offer a free fill once her hands are healed. Stating herself that Brianna’s hands were “torn up”, terrible and would be way to tender to do anything with. As the face of her own business, we expected much more. Mariah herself was there and offered no apology, showed no remorse, was blatantly giving us dirty looks and offered no refund either. Personally, I would’ve done whatever was needed to make it right. Beware! I would hate to see this happen to anyone else’s little girl or anybody else for that matter.

I haven’t been there in a while. The last time I went the nail tech must not have known what she was doing because they were terrible. I’m a pretty understanding person and hate being “that customer” so i tend to be quiet but I hated them. Other than that 1 experience, all of my others were fantastic. Better than the cambridge location that doesn’t listen to what you want and adds onto the price when you don’t get anything special. A $35 acrylic set shouldn’t be 45 when done if you ask for the $35 set. And that 45 was before tax. But yeah anyways pretty cool bunch. Tried scheduling online though and the link didn’t work 🙁
