She is by far the best I’ve been to. The initial set stayed on longer and better than any that I’ve had done. I didn’t lose any lashes almost that entire two weeks. I was so impressed. My fill when I came back was great stayed on long as well.

Bordering on torture. I’ve had my lashes done for 9+ years, and this was by far the worst experience yet. First, when I walked in I had to ask her what her name was…she didn’t even introduce herself, just handed me a form to fill out. She never asked how I’d like my lashes to look, she just told me to lay down. Then she proceeded to dig her nails into my forehead so hard, my eyes were watering. I asked her twice to stop pressing her nails into my face, then a third time I asked for a cloth or something to protect my face. Her response was, “oh you can feel them? I try to keep them short.” No apology. She leaned so hard on my head the entire time, I thought the top of my head was going to pop off. I have red marks on my forehead and nose from her nails. Also, it feels like she rubbed a spot bald on my head. I asked her several times to stop leaning her weight on my head. It took her 2 hours and 40 minutes for a classic fill which normally takes less than an hour. Totally unacceptable. Plus, the fan was on high the entire time, and when my eyes are propped open, it causes severe dryness. She never offered a knee support, so my legs were hyperextended and in pain for almost 3 hours.

She is kind and sweet, but my eyelashes were completely gone in 3 days. I messaged her and she stated she tries to make her customers happy. $165.00 I was charged for very very bad work.
