Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy first time getting my hair cut in 2 years and I was excited, I found them on an online search, their website looked great so I booked an appointment. Melania cut my long hair into a complete shaggy mess of a bob shape that is unexplainable and to boot its all uneven after going through it, my right side is about 2 inches longer than my left side. I asked it to be shoulder length and she cut it neck length. She kept turning me away from her mirror every time I tried to look at it. Now I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get it all fixed. It was weird how she did the opposite of everything I asked for. I also asked for her to wax my eyebrows after the haircut and she said yes but when she was done she rushed me right out the door without a mention of the wax or even a goodbye. My first time getting my hair cut in 2 years and I was excited, I found them on an online search, their website looked great so I booked an appointment. Melania cut my long hair into a complete shaggy mess of a bob shape that is unexplainable and to boot its all uneven after going through it, my right side is about 2 inches longer than my left side. I have wanted this haircut but did not know it until with her magic and skill I have the best hair that I love! And now I have lovelier eyelashes then I ever had! After chemo took what little lashes I had and going white Katlyn gave me beautiful lashes and made me feel normal again. It is so wonderful to not have to do eyelashes anymore and to wake up looking alive and ready to go! And Teri who owns Z Best is the sweetest most caring and lovely person. Really all of the skilled professionals who do such a wonderful service for all are the nicest and best.
