Sarita madam did my completely make up and styling. She was extremely professional and took extra care in ensuring that my expectations were met and served the purpose. Love Anita! She’s very nice and professional. Many salons are very pushy with their services, but here they listen to what you’re looking for and don’t try to up sell other services – which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend this salon for threading services.

My experience was terrible! I told the lady about 5 times that I just want a clean up and make them AS THICK AS POSSIBLE!!!! She has done my eyebrows before and they were decent. This time, she made them wayyyyyy too thin, didn’t leave a tail on the eyebrow, and on the inner corner she didn’t even trim it straight. My eyebrows used to be so thick and pretty and now they are terrible! The lady is also really rude, she said stuff about my acne, and she denied that she over threaded them! I wish I could rate this place lower than 1 star.

Really great prices. I usually call ahead to ask about wait time but typically if it’s not too busy you get in and out quickly for eyebrow threading. Facials are very relaxing and thorough. Highly recommend Shahnaz diamond facial!

Called before going and asked if I needed to make an appointment. Lady who answered said “no” we take walk ins. I went and the person who greeted me said it won’t take long before they call you in. She was in the back when she greeted me. I signed in and waited for about 15 mins and no one came out to let me know how much longer. Sorry won’t be coming back here. Shahnaz salon on MacArthur are so professional
