Critical: Professionalism, QualityLast time Kelly did my nails the gel polish chipped on my thumb nail two days afterwards. I went and had it fixed. Well four days later the same nail chipped. This was the first time coming here. I was empressed. They did everything I asked and made me feel very welcomed. I got a full set and they worked fast but it was well done. Got a pedicure done as well and I’m going to tell you this was the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had! It wasn’t rushed at all. For me this was a big thing! I would Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I hadn’t had my nails done in a while and decided to treat myself. I guess I should have left when I walked in and the nail tech was lying on the love seat in the waiting area by the door. My daughter and I wanted to get our nails done together and they said someone would be available for her in a few minutes. I was almost done before they were ready for her (she didn’t bother to have them done). There are bits and pieces of acrylic on the underside of my nails that I’ll have to file off myself after I know the polish is truly dry. My daughter said she was looking around while waiting and the floor under the work stations was a mess … every station looked like the floor hadn’t been swept in weeks and there was bunches of acrylic chunks laying all over. She said the bathroom was so dirty she decided not to use it. There seems to be no consistency in the shape of my nails or length … I’ll need to fix that myself as well.

My daughter and I went to have a fill. They took my daughter first after waiting about 15 mins. I was still waiting while people were coming in to get pedicures. They took them and started their pedicures meanwhile, I was still waiting. When my daughter was done she asked when they were going to take me. She said she didn’t know I wanted my nails done too. My name was in the book right under my daughter. Why have a sign in book if you’re not going to look at. I also stated when we came in that WE wanted fills. She also said that she will do mine as soon as she finishes the customer she was working on. I told her I was done waiting and we left. I have bees going to this salon for a long time for eyebrow waxing. Never again!

The worst will never go back I rather not get my nails done at all then go to them. My nails are completely different shapes and sizes. I asked to get it fixed and she only fixed on nail. When it came to getting them polished the the polished was all over the place I asked if she possibly can fix them she told me ” IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS PERFECT DO IT YOURSELF.” Who tells there paying customer that I found that to be very unprofessional and rude. I don’t want nothing out of it i just need people to know how get treated there. I’ll be waiting on my guy next time.
