I decided to believe that review below that said how great they are despite all the negative postings. And guess what, they are bad! I came to get my gel mani and regular pedi (which came up to $86 with the tip), which was pretty expensive, not extremely, but I’d say average for this area. But they did such a bad job 🙁

There are plenty of other nail salons nearby that will give you better service for CHEAPER. I went in to get a gel manicure, and within two days entire chunks were peeling off of my nails. Some nails came off in one entire sheet of polish. I knew something was wrong, obviously, as gel is supposed to be the two week manicure. You can’t even get it off with regular polish remover, let alone peel/pick it off. After being given the run around over the phone and email, I went in to talk to someone about it and see if they would redo the manicure or refund me. I was told that the “best” they could do is offer me a free regular manicure or a gift card for only $25. I paid $44 for the gel polish, but was told “there was nothing that could be done” and that I wouldn’t receive the price refund/redo of a gel manicure simply because my nails didn’t look like they had gel polish on them at all. ????? But regardless of my receipt, the fact that I called them early in the week, and the fact that I emailed them, the manager though very very nice, insisted that it was this or nothing at all. Of course I am appreciative of receiving SOME money back at least, but the amount of time spent calling them, emailing, and then eventually having to go all the way back only to be told that that at the end of it all, I essentially threw $44 in the garbage was really enough to turn me off from the entire place. I don’t even really want to go back and use the $25 credit they gave me. It’s sad that they chose to handle the situation this way, as they obviously didn’t do the manicure properly. If that’s how they handle their mistakes, I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. If by some chance you get less than great service, you’re essentially throwing your money away, and to me, it’s just not worth it.

I was referred to this place and will not return. so I googled looked nice. Way to expensive for pedicure and they don’t do a good job. My nails were filed with a small filler, the girl didn’t wash my nails just soaked and dried then Added polish didn’t put oil to remove dryness. No happy at all .

Terrible experience and way over priced for what a terrible job. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I asked for opaque white for the pedicure and they did sheer white and didn’t even give me an option to change. They rushed through everything. The gel manicure chipped within one week on 6/10 nails when every other gel manicure I have gotten elsewhere lasts for 3 weeks. Don’t come here!

I got powder gel on 1/9/18. The lady I had did a terrible job. My nails did not come out smooth. For a $42 powder gel, I expect at least a decent job.Also, she asked me to pay first before she put the top coat on?! Why?! My nails will be dry right away, as soon as it’s done.

Came in for the first time for a gel mani and pedi. Less than a week later my nails were peeling. Went in for them to get fixed (which usually takes 15 mins) day for an hour waiting, had four different women tend to my hands, two of them were highly aggressive verbally with me. The manager was rude. Never again.

Horrible. I had a gift certificate and i got one coat of nail polish. I had to tell her to put another coat. Then she rushed to put top coat, using one dip for two nails (u could see the lines of the top coat and how some areas are missing) it just came out horrible. This is actually my first review ever. I just had to say something . By the way I tipped her. Ugh.
