This review is long overdue! I have been going to Divya for years and have referred many friends /family to her because she is wonderful and has great customer service skills. I use her primarily for Laser hair removal and eyebrow threading . The office is always tidy and she follows covid protocols. She had always been kind, respectful and compassionate towards me and just for that alone I recommend her to everyone. The laser hair removal worked tremendously well for me and I will be using her for touch ups in the near future. Laser hair removal can be uncomfortable for some people but her technique is great!

I’ve been coming here for years! I am a bride this year and EVERYONE asks me what’s the secret to my flawless NO MAKEUP skin! I send them here, Krissy greets you at the front door with a smile and AMAZING customer service. I am a busy teacher and she always calls to remind me and is very helpful if I hit traffic and need to reschedule! And Suzanne makes me look and feel like an Oscar winner! She has been doing my laser hair removal treatments AND giving me every skin care treatment out there! She is always honest with me and explains whatever I’m getting and how to maintain the results! They have a wide variety of treatments and I love them all! I recommend this to all my bridesmaids and friends!

I have been going to Yuva the past two years and am so happy I have found this gem in Rockland County. In years past I have been trekking into NYC to get this quality of service. The staff is AMAZING!!! From the moment Krissy buzzes you in at the front with her bubbly personality to the end of my treatments with Suzanne, it is truly a relaxing enjoyable treat for yourself. I am constantly traveling for work and have never had any issue with rescheduling. This is the ONLY place I have ever been to where if you show up 15 minutes late it is not a problem and the staff will go out of their way to accommodate fitting you in. Any other place would turn you away and tell you to reschedule.

I have gone here for facials for 3 years and never had a bad experience. I have also noticed that they will do their best to accommodate you no matter what. Last month while there I saw a woman show up half an hour late and they tried their best to adjust the remainder of the day to accommodate her, when they didn’t have to. If you book an hr long treatment and show up half an hour late, most places won’t even take you in at all. They did.

one year ago i went to Yuva leaser, and i did 9 leaser treatments for the neck. I was very disappointed of the result. My neck got worse and the hair came back after 20 days from the last treatment. Even though i had complained to them more than one time.During my treatments, the lady would not do my whole neck, she would do some spots but not others; when I complained about that she would say that it was normal for hair to grow back on some spots. You could perfectly tell where she used the leaser. Over all I do not recommend going here because It is just a loss of money and time.
