Odd experience. That was one of the worst massages I ever had. My BF had never had a massage so I said, let’s try this place. They kept walking in and out of the door. Like it was open for a good portion of the massage. I could hear people talking in the waiting room, it felt like we were getting massaged in the lobby, they gave me a guy which made me uncomfortable, I wish they would have asked what each person preferred . I had to ask them to shut the door, like we weren’t basically naked on their tables. It was weird. Never went back.

My wife and I used to come here often; there’s a new lady, Wang or Wei, answering the phones, she’s extremely rude, will not share therapist info when trying to book an appointment. Perhaps ownership has changed; the gentleman that used to answer the phones and work here was much more professional. After a dozen massages here, I can no longer recommend this business.

I used to love this place, been going for over 7 years or however long they’ve been open. I have referred so many people there, the old owners knew how to take care of good customers, would get a free one hour massage for Christmas, since I would come at least 3 times a month. Now, they act like they don’t know me, and every single time I call to schedule a massage, they are all full. No worries, they won’t be getting my business anymore, as I’ve found someone who is cheaper, and always available.

I have been receiving exceptional massage therapy from Yu’s for a few years (except during covid shutdown). They really help relieve with my physical health issues which allow me to function better with my daily activities. The staff is always warm, friendly and caring and the environment is spotlessly clean and well organized and lastly, the hot stones are the best ever! Excellent and affordable massage treatments!

This place is a wonderful addition to downtown Pinole. I’ve been here several times since they opened. The staff is great, respectful, and really good at taking the tension away. Angela and Sophie are great therapists. The front desk staff is friendly. The place is clean and no shady business in the back..if you know what I mean.
