Terrible and ghetto. I went here for the herbalife smoothie shop in the back of the salon. No one in the shop spoke English and didn’t even have the decency to speak when we entered the shop. The lady making smoothies was so rude and not friendly. Should have not spent money with these people at all but because I had made the trip we purchased anyway. It tasted awful. My wife considered being a client for her hair but the place was not welcoming and she was NOT comfortable at all. Won’t be returning for hair services or health drinks.

Today, I went in with my friend Stasia. She got bangs along with a trim and it looks really nice on her. Being there made me feel like I belong. I also made a new friend, E.R.. Overall, I didn’t do anything with my hair at the salon but these people are so friendly and amazing. Would recommend 10 out of 10, period.

We got exactly the cut that we asked for (a basic “below the shoulder” haircut with side bangs for my 7 year old daughter) and we didn’t have to wait at all. They took us straight in, with no appointment, and my daughter is super pleased with her new cut.

The service overall was good friendliness and everything. But i paid almost 200 dls for a keratin treatment the most i have ever paid and after washing my hair only a few times my hair was all full of freeze again even tho i bought the special shampoo and conditioner from there. I have had keratin treatments before and never over paid like this and they usually leave my hair free of freez and straight. So i was definitely super desapointed and i did like my hair cut but i dnt think i will go back.they should upgrade the products they use if the plan on keeping those prices

I have been to several beauty salons in the area Myers and Lehigh that this is the first salon that cuts my hair exactly how I wanted cut. Great atmosphere and bring cafecito Cubano, Cuban is spoken here.. ☕
