I went in without any expectations since I’m very particular about my hair. This is the BEST haircut I’ve had in years! I needed a hair style that was low maintenence where I could go without styling it if need be and still have it look good. Soon Lee delivered! I’m so happy with the results! Highly recommend!

I am blown away by Yunique Hair studio! My haircut by Soon Lee is by far one of the best cuts I’ve gotten in my entire life. As an Asian American, it’s been hard to find hair stylists that know how to work with Asian hair. I’m also from So Cal where they boast of Korea town’s expert asian stylists. BUT I have to say, Soon Lee’s cut is the best I’ve ever gotten!

Soon was amazing. My hair was totally fried from home dying. My hair was so bad I couldn’t begin to brush it, style it, anything. I was afraid I was just going to have to cut most of my hair off. She did a keratin treatment that totally revived my hair. I can now brush and style it again. I am so impressed. I would totally recommend her to anyone.

My stylist works here I can really on speak for her work. For a small space it feels chic, especially when you are at the shampoo bowls, they have leg rest and a gorgeous chandelier, you can just zone off and relax looking at. It’s the little things like that I enjoy. I like their bathroom too, feels like home and less like a utility closet. Plus I like that they sell Kevin Murphy.

Mellicent has been doing my hair for almost 3 years. Until I found her, I had never really felt confident or trusting in having the same stylist. Now she’s the only person I trust to do my hair. The Absolute Best. Soon is the ONLY hairstylist in Washington State I’d trust with my thin and fine hair. I have never had a stylist spend so much time on my hair before (90 mins per VISIT). She makes me feel like a celebrity!! Her attention to detail is second to none and she customizes the cut and look for each person precisely. Phenomenal!!! Plus her women’s haircut and style prices are very reasonable. VIP customer service without the Beverly Hills sticker shock. She could be charging 3-4x for the work she does, but I’m so glad she doesn’t so that mere mortals like me can afford her services! My husband also gets his monthly hair cut from her and we’re both very pleased with Soon and Yunique. She’s a real Keeper!! A++++

I have always been afraid of getting my hair cut in the Olympia area. After hearing horror story after horror story, I had managed to avoid it for six years (getting my hair cut on my yearly trip to the Bay Area) but the time had come. Soon knows hair, she is passionate about her craft, extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I left with one of the best haircuts I have ever had in my life that looks just as great out of the shower as it does styled. Highly recommended!

Been going here since 2015, not stopping anytime soon. The best hair stylist I’ve had, my hair is healthy and she always talks to me throughly about what I want and how we can get there, no surprises. She also does a great time fitting me in for appointments whenever I need to!
