Waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, then was bounced around to 3 different people, pedicure was rushed and done 1 handed while tech was answering the phone and booking appointments. Pedicure took a significantly longer time than it should have due to being passed around from one tech to another. They had clearly overbooked themselves by a long shot, I was very dissatisfied with the service and professionalism or lack there of.

Dont get me wrong this place dose an amazing job in Manis, pedi’s and all of their other services but the fact that they force their customers to Tip is rediculus. I went in for eyelash extensions and they came out beautiful. But when it was time to pay the lady stopped doing a customer’s nails to stand up and see if i was going to tip. When i said No, she cought a huge attitude and made a scene. She wasent even the employee who did my service. The lady that did my eyelashes wasn’t even upset that i didn’t tip. If i had cash on me i would have. But peer pressuring customers to tip is annoying.

The woman who sits at the first table near the register tried to charge me extra without me knowing and when I asked then tried to back pedal. The man who did my pedicure complained when I asked to get any ingrowns. While getting my nails done they repeatedly talked about me as if I were not sitting there. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE BECAUSE THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Don’t come here!

The Hispanic women who work there are AMAZING BUT the owner is racist and gives the walk in mostly to her family. She is rude and the wait time is over the top. They will start you with one person and send you to another right in the middle of your fill. You will be sitting in the pedicure chair for 15 mins they will start you and work on someone else and leave you there waiting. Oh yeah not to mention it is summer and she caters to the summer visitors and forgets about the people who keep her in business all winter long and calling up to make an appointment and she tells you, “you will get a fill with whoever I have” and hangs up on you.

Absolutely horrible place. They kept changing the price of how much my nails would be the entire time. She bruised my finger and was very rude and rough. Who doesn’t know what a French tip is ? Are they even certified nail technicians ? Completely rude. Overcharged me. Also got very mad at me when I didn’t tip. I don’t think that mean unlady like person deserved it. Save yourself the headache and don’t go to this dirty dirty salon.

Probably the worst place to ever give me a pedicure. The package I asked for I didn’t get, the tech had no idea what she was doing, the pedicure came out terrible. I stopped at the Tech multiple times and asked if she was comfortable doing a pedicure then I asked to have somebody else please complete the pedicure I was continually ignored. Then when I voice I did not get the package I asked for they still tried to charge me for that package and continued to argue with me. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Skip this dump!
