Critical: QualityHORRIBLE experience. Made appointments for 3 people at 11:30 walked in and the man took my daughter for full set. I was taken by Mary she was EXTREMELY slow. The man then took my other daughter and finished her full set and Mary was still no where close to being done. I got a full set French manicure with Gel. She used a pink base which is awful and so fake looking. She did not understand that I wanted a design on my ring finger so I didn’t get that. She also made my cuticles bleed.. HORRIBLE experience. Made appointments for 3 people at 11:30 walked in and the man took my daughter for full set. I was taken by Mary she was EXTREMELY slow. The man then took my other daughter and finished her full set and Mary was still no where close to being done. I got a full set French manicure with Gel. Critical: ProfessionalismAfter my experience with Yummi Nails I will never step foot in there again ! I was customer of theirs for 5 years with the exception of a prior complaint of mine of always having to wait for a long time after making my appointment I have generally been satisfied with them ! However with what the owner(Terry) did today I will no longer recommend their service . I understand everyone is Covid crazy I myself is cautious as to my whereabouts . Amy while buffing my nails got some debris into my throat which caused me to cough Terry treated me like Typhoid Mary aggressively spraying me down with Lysol as if I was a farm animal to then opening the door with a 28 degree temperature freezing the place and rushing me to get out ! Although I understand his health concerns I do believe he was excessive and could of went about it a different way ! After my experience with Yummi Nails I will never step foot in there again ! I was customer of theirs for 5 years with the exception of a prior complaint of mine of always having to wait for a long time after making my appointment I have generally been satisfied with them ! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityAbsolutely trash. We made an appointment for 3 at 530 we walked in 515 nobody even greets nor a knowledge that you came in, we sat for about a half hour. Figured at some point someone would say something to us, greet us or say do u have an appointment something. But no. 6 pm rolls around one worker came over and said they could take 1 of us, I stated we had an appointment a half hour ago for all 3 of us. He says we’ll I can only take 1 right now, so we ask how long for the other 2 he goes idk maybe 20 mins I can take the next one. So I said the 3rd person won’t get taken till 640?! He says yes. I said that’s an hour and ten minutes past the appointment,what was point of making one. He walked away. Rude rude rude place no respect for customers. Will not return would never recommend would 100% talk someone out of going. DO BETTER!Absolutely trash. Figured at some point someone would say something to us, greet us or say do u have an appointment something. Critical: QualityEverything about this place was just meh. I went in because my normal salon was booked and I figured I’d give a new place a shot. The man who did my fill-in was polite and listened to what I said, and he seemed to be putting in a lot of effort HOWEVER my nails just don’t look very good. They’re lumpy and the acrylic isn’t covering my nails on the sides all the way, so I know I’ll need then done again in less than 2 weeks if I leave them this way. Also, every gel color I chose they didn’t actually have and I ended up with my third or fourth choice of colors. I’m admittedly very picky about my nails but that’s because I’ve had acrylics for 20 years and I just know what’s good and what’s not. After my fill-in I had a spa pedicure and the woman seemed to be rushing, also I’m not a fan of salons that do callus removal with a literal cheese grater, It’s dangerous and kinda frightening. I’m going to my regular salon today to re-do the nails, all in all I’ve learned to just stick with my normal salon but it stinks that I pretty much wasted $100.Everything about this place was just meh. Everything about this place was just meh. I went in because my normal salon was booked and I figured I’d give a new place a shot. The man who did my fill-in was polite and listened to what I said, and he seemed to be putting in a lot of effort HOWEVER my nails just don’t look very good.
