I have been a full-time licensed massage therapist since 2014. Originally from Japan, I gravitate towards oriental medicine and natural healing techniques. I specialize in therapeutic massage with the intention of correcting posture and bringing balance to the body. I believe in the body’s natural ability to heal itself and can be accomplished through deep tissue massage, trigger point work, Thai yoga massage, myofascial work, and joint manipulation. I will provide a specific massage for your needs, adjusting each massage to the individual client.

I personally like therapeutic or deep tissue massages and Yumie’s style was just perfect. Deep enough to feel the muscles relax yet not so painful that you feel bruised for days letter. She is very professional and is very diligent about trying to understand the type of massage you’re looking for and what the underlying cause of your muscle tension might be. The office environment is also very calming and serene. I would highly recommend going to see Yumie for whatever style of massage you’re looking for (she utilizes many different styles depending on her clients’ preferences and symptoms).
