Well I didn’t think going to a spa would be anything less than a zen-full moment, but if you want a subpar massage where no technique or skill is applied then consider just lighting your money on fire because you’ll receive nothing both ways. Prepare to be greeted by a fire alarm of a sound treating your first step inside like you’re an intruder on a home invasion and even more awkward are the gloomy spooky lights (it’s not even Halloween yet). Lastly, I tried to keep an open mind despite all of this, but the massage felt like someone was using one hand pressing randomly with no effort while being distracted using the other phone in hand. I could literally feel nothing from this massage except the disgruntled employee talking about how her other client needs to be seen. I would like to ask why would you receive someone else if you were expecting to see another client unless you wanted to offer subpar service and get them out of the way and just take both people’s money. Lastly, the employee demanded the tip after I still felt pain and tension. The disgraceful attitude and sheer obliviousness of this place really made me realize that service is none existent to this business and demanding a tip is how this business makes a living.
