Their environment is very good and quiet, but the masseur’s technique is very professional, deep-seated massage, MIIA is very professional and polite. Very good masseur.

This was the most relaxing place I have been in a long time. I received a Groupon for a Reflexology treatment. This was well worth it. I will be going back and having more treatments. I felt like human jello afterwards.

My wife and I get couples massages regularly. We have been to Yuki multiple times and they are BY FAR the best. If we still lived in the area we would come every month. So excited they were able to get us in during our trip to NY this weekend. Every time we leave we talk about how incredible they are. Hands down the best there is.

I have been coming here 2x a week since September seeing Mia. I have some health issues that have been greatly controlled by getting continuous massages weekly. Mia is the best massage therapist I have ever been to and she has greatly improved my quality of life. I am far more mobile, in less pain and my flair ups are fewer and farther between than they used to be. Highly recommend.

I’ve seen Mia here many times. She always does a great job! I’ve always been able to communicate with her just fine. Sometimes she might pull out her phone to translate, but always tries to accommodate. She has always been on time when I’ve set up appointments. I have had her for body and foot massages and would recommend her for both

Yuki’s Day Spa is clean and well-managed. Their massage therapists are very skillful in loosening the tight and achy parts of my upper back, neck, and shoulders. I always go home feeling both physical renewal and relief of stress.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have read some negative reviews for Yukis Day Spa and have to ask myself, why? Why would you stay for an entire massage session if it was painful, without asking the practitioner to massage more gently? I mean, it is your body, be in charge of it. A therapist needs your feedback to provide the right amount of strength into your massage. When they leave the room they are not in prepared, they are going out to heat the stones for stone therapy and then to prepare them for you. They do not leave the stones heating 24/7…that not only wastes energy it will diminish the stones capacity to retain heat. Remember, Massage therapy is a 2 way street of communication. If you do not communicate your needs during the session you will always leave feeling poorly. It is as much the customers responsibility for quality service as it is the practitioner. I have had multiple sessions at Yukis as well as other venues and am always in communication with my therapist so that I have the best possible massage experience.I have read some negative reviews for Yukis Day Spa and have to ask myself, why? They do a very nice full body massage, and are experts at finding and loosening tension and muscle knots. If you’re looking for a soft gentle rub, probably not the place for you. If you’re getting a massage for relief from muscle issues, this place is great.
