I tried going to Yucaipa nails since I just moved out to the area and am looking for a new place to go all the time. Holly did my nails, I got an acrylic ambre style for my graduation. She did the ambre very well, but some of my nails were not “centered”.. I had to ask her to fix it, one side of the nail was not done to the edge of my natural nail, the other side was completely onto my skin! I shouldn’t of had to tell her that she had the acrylic way off to one side and not the other.. not sure if she couldn’t see or what. Some of my nails were cooked too.. I almost feel bad writing this because she was so nice to me, but after I asked her to fix it she was talking to the other workers there in her native language-of course which I did not understand! Her tone and body language spoke louder than words, I felt uncomfortable at that point, like I did something wrong.

I’m usually pretty basic but Belice it or not some nail techs do mess up on the white tips did exactly what I wanted and he got started on me right after I walked in on a Saturday evening. This shop was very aware of the COVID19 pandemic! Protectors all around the pedicure spa chairs and everyone had masks! Shawn was amazing with my pedicure I will be going back for his great work!!

I got a pedicure here today and It must have been the worst pedi I have ever had . Being some one whe don’t ever go cause most of the places don’t use clean tools. I decided I just needed some personal time. I don’t know her name but the lady must have cut every single one of my toes. One bled so bad she had to put something to stop the bleeding. I didn’t realize untill my feet started to sweat a bit .they started to sting. she scrubbed holes into my feet with the calus remover! I honestly thought maybe she was mad at me but I don’t even know her . thank god I’m not diabetic.
